PSC Telecommunications Staff Rulemakings |
At the Commission’s June 10, 2009 Agenda Meeting, the Commissioners authorized PSC Staff to move forward with proposed rulemakings on the following items.
A. CPNI (Missouri CPNI filings to coincide with PSC annual reports)
B. 240-3.545 (amend to delete any conflicts with HB 1779)
C. VoIP Clarification (clarify which PSC rules apply to VoIP)
D. Rule Rescissions (rescind or update rules that are outdated or waived)
PSC Staff has previously indicated that it will conduct a workshop on these proposed rulemakings.
